Refund Policy
At Opal & Ivy, your satisfaction matters to us. Each order is prepared and packed with care, and we want you to enjoy every product you receive. This policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements apply. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Order Cancellations
Because our fulfillment process begins automatically once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after they are submitted. Please review your details carefully before confirming. If you contact us immediately after purchase, we will do our best to assist but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started. Orders placed for testing, duplicates, or change-of-mind reasons are not eligible for cancellation.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your Opal & Ivy projector arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please email opalandivyinfo@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery (or the expected delivery date if lost).
- For damaged items include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- For lost items we will open an inquiry with the carrier and once confirmed arrange a replacement or refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. After verification we will either offer a replacement or a full refund.
Returns for Other Reasons
All sales are final once submitted. We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or minor variations in color, texture, size caused by digital display or production differences. Returns are accepted only when pre-approved by our support team for eligible issues such as damage or defect. Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.
Return Process
To request an authorized return email opalandivyinfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. If approved you’ll receive instructions and the return address. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect the returned item we will confirm by email whether the refund is approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable if applicable. If items do not meet conditions above we may issue partial refund or decline request.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund let us know when contacting support. We’ll check if stock is available.
Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes
Initiating chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We work actively with customers’ card issuers to resolve disputes.
